My search for grace and meaning during a care partnering life with a wife with Parkinson's disease and her often confused and maddeningly disorienting world.
A Scientist, Two Nuns, a Database Analyst and an Engineer
The Clementines met for lunch last Saturday and I looked around the table at the range of work experiences sitting there. And I smiled because Cheryl was completely engaged with her friends.

The smiley face made me think… contentment. I’m happy to think you were blessed to have the joy of seeing Cheryl able to communicate with friends, even if it doesn’t hold long in her memory.
Yes. These are life long friends from childhood. They all know what she is dealing with mentally and physically. She was actually unsure of where we were going until we got there. I kept a running commentary about where and who was going to be there…. I keep reading my title hunting for a joke. She did have a good time. She remembers little about it though.
